Refund policy
At Healthy AF Snacks, your satisfaction is our top priority. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, we're here to help.
Due to the nature of our products, we are unable to accept returns on opened or consumed items. However, if your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or if you're not satisfied with the quality, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at amy@foodandmoodlab.com with your order number and a photo of the issue. We’ll gladly review your case and offer a replacement, store credit, or a full refund, depending on the situation.
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed back to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Please note that original shipping fees are non-refundable.
